There are

6) Another great way to obtain traffic is to buy
domain names that are being used or just expired. The idea is simple
really. We all spend hundreds of thousands of hours promoting our
websites. It take months of work to get back links and good search
engine placement. would it be a lot nicer if someone did the work for
you? OK, now the how. It's not that easy to find domain names that are
not being used. What I like to do is when I am submitting my websites
to search engines and directories I like to click on some of the
related domain name links. What I am looking for is a parked page or a
white page of some sort. Parked pages are the best because you know
for the most part that they are just not using there domain name. Now
its time to do some quick investigation. Open up Google, Alexa, a back
link checker or any website like these. Check to see if there are any
negative comments about the site. See how many pages of links show up
in Google. Check the Alexa rating. I like to see at least 5 pages of
links on Google with no negative comments, a ok Alexa rating and maybe
a back link or two. Now go to a
Whois lookup tool find out who the owner
is and when it will be expiring. There should also be an email
address. Contact the owner and make him/her an offer. If everything
goes right and they accept your offer. The next step would be to
transfer the domain name to your account (this is not hard) and
forward it to your current store url. that's it instant traffic.
